    You won’t be able to get sleep under bright light and noise. So, you should manage to cut off bright light and noise before going to bed. Your bedroom should be cool so that you can get deep sleep. Black-out curtains, earplugs, noise-canceling headphones, humidifiers, fans might come handy to adjust the environment.
  3. Practice bedtime ritual
    It has been found that practicing some bedtime rituals will facilitate you to sleep well. If you make a ritual of brushing or wearing night dress or switching on the night light every day before you sleep your brain will understand that pattern. And after a few days, you will start feeling sleepy right after you finish brushing in the night time.
    1. Exercise and meditate daily

      It will help you complete everything on time, save you from distractions, and will make you a better version of yourself every day. If you start allocating time for every activity on a daily basis, you will start finishing work on time and hence you will become more productive every day.
